Wie kann ich ein Notfalltraining buchen?

What is the duration of a first aid course?

Our courses include 9 instructional units, lasting about 7.5 hours in total. The full course is completed in one day, usually from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Ist der Erste-Hilfe-Kurs für alle Führerscheinklassen gültig?

Yes, the course is valid for all driving licence classes (A, B, C, etc.) and is accepted by the driving licence authority.

Do I need prior knowledge for the course?

No, you don’t need to know anything beforehand. We’ll guide you through everything!

I have lost my certificate. What should I do?

No need to panic, you can contact us via E-Mail or WhatsApp and let us know your request. We will then send your certificate to you.

Can I get a vision test and passport photos done with you?

We are not able to offer this service yet, but it will be available soon. Stay tuned!

Do I have to pay beforehand?

No, you can also pay on-site, but it is cheaper to pay online in advance.

Can I pay with cash?

Yes, that works on-site.

I would like to cancel my booking. How can I do that?

Please contact us via E-Mail or WhatsApp and provide us with your last name, first name, date of birth, and the course date.
