- Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to participation in first aid courses offered by SalemAid, operated by Mohamed Ould Mohamed Salem. They apply to all agreements with private individuals and businesses, regardless of whether the booking was made online, by phone, or in person. - Provider Information

Sole proprietorship - Services
SalemAid offers various first aid courses, including certified courses in accordance with the German Driving Licence Regulation (FeV), as well as other training programs for students, apprentices, companies, and other interested individuals. Courses may be held in different languages (e.g. German, English, Arabic). - Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded upon booking a course via the website, by telephone, or in person, and becomes binding upon confirmation or payment. - Participation Requirements
Participants must have appropriate language skills to follow the course content. A certificate of attendance will only be issued to those who attend the full course and successfully complete it. - Payment
The course fee must be paid in full before the course begins. The following payment methods are accepted:
- Cash payment on site
- Card payment via POS terminal (SumUp)
- Online payment via PayPal - Cancellation by Participant
Cancellations are free of charge if made up to 48 hours before the course begins. In case of later cancellation or no-show, 100% of the course fee is due. Cancellations must be made in writing (email or contact form). - Course Cancellation by the Provider
SalemAid reserves the right to cancel courses for important reasons (e.g. instructor illness or insufficient number of participants). In this case, participants may choose either a full refund or a free rebooking to another course. - Certificate of Attendance
Participants will receive an official certificate of attendance if they are present for the entire course and participate actively. Partial certificates for incomplete attendance are not issued. - Liability
Participation is at the participant's own risk. SalemAid accepts no liability for damages, accidents, loss or theft during the event, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. - Data Protection
The separate privacy policy applies, which can be viewed here and must be accepted during the booking process. - Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship, where legally permissible, is the location of the provider. - Severability Clause
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
